  • In 2019 I met with Liz for the first time to discuss some of the psychological challenges I was experiencing in my sport (cycling). I was 17 at the time and didn’t understand why I was unable to perform during racing. However, after speaking with Liz for a couple months I finally was able to seperate myself negative/self-sabotaging thoughts and achieve the results that I had previously been unable to achieve. Though-out my sessions I felt comfortable and understood, essentially with cycling as Liz was a former professional cyclist. She was able to explain to me what my brain was doing and how to visualise my goals. I am very thankful for the her help that she provided me and know that she’ll be as amazing of a sports psychologist to other young athletes as she was to me.

  • I worked with Liz throughout my time as an age group triathlete. Her experience in elite level sport really shone through in her coaching and mentoring. She made me realise that there was more to training and racing than just turning up and doing it - especially when it came to big events. She identified behaviours and mindsets that were holding me back. We worked on recognising these and how to combat them when it mattered most. She is knowledgeable and professional as well as being compassionate but firm and direct when the time is right - which she has an uncanny talent for saying the right thing at the right time. If anyone truly wants to perform then training their brain is a piece of the puzzle that Liz can help with.
